Proposed Rules
The Arkansas Forestry Commission is proposing amendments to Posting Paint Rules under Arkansas Code § 18-11-404.
The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to comply with Arkansas Code § 18-11-404(2)(D) in establishing the type and color of paint to be used in posting real property, as well as addressing the publishing of the paint color and availability of samples.
