Proposed Rules

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission is proposing amendments to rules regarding the following:

  1. Rules Implementing the Water Resource Conservation and Development Incentive Act;
  2. Rules Governing the Arkansas Nutrient Management Planner Certification Program; and
  3. Rules Governing the Arkansas Nutrient Management Applicator Certification Program

The primary purpose of the amendments is to comply with changes to Arkansas law adopted during the 2019 Arkansas legislative session.

Comments may be mailed to: ATTN: Ryan Benefield, Arkansas Department of Agriculture, 1 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205, or emailed to ryan.benefield@arkansas.gov. Comments will be accepted beginning October 24 until the close of business November 22, 2020.
